Fall Bootcamp with Jessie
Meeting 2x per week this class combines core, cardio and weight training
packed into each 50 min session. All levels welcome, modifications are always given to those who need them. With over 8 years of fitness experience Jessie’s energy and passion for health and exercise are contagious.
