SportsZone 101: Basketball Skills, Drills & Mini Games • Register • View Cart •

(This 4 day program will NOT be held in the event of bad weather. Make-up to held Friday)

This class will focus on the very basic skills of basketball. Through the use of fun and creative games, our coaches will introduce hand-eye coordination skills that will begin to build the foundation of necessary basketball skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. We will also discuss important concepts like spacing, defensive strategies, and conditioning. As their skills begin to develop, our goal is to help each player increase their self-confidence and independence, preparing them for the next level of play.
