SPORTSZONE 101: EARLY RELEASE DAYS
1/14: Nerf Battlegrounds Challenge
Get ready to dive into action! In Nerf Battlegrounds Challenge, kids will team up for fast-paced games, obstacle courses, and target challenges that put their aim, strategy, and teamwork to the test. Using Nerf blasters and plenty of safe, structured fun, participants will compete in exciting missions like Capture the Flag, Last Team Standing, and Target Blitz.
2/11: Tournament of Champions
In this action packed program, children will participate in a variety of games, such as street hockey, soccer, football, dodgeball, basketball, wiffle ball, and many others! In addition to learning the fundamentals of these sports, we will have exciting discussions about current events in sports, learn the importance of maintaining a healthy active lifestyle, and reinforce in-class learning using sports cards and prizes. Each participant will receive a daily sports prize to add to their collection as well!
3/11: Extreme Dodgeball Classic
This program will introduce children to the nearly endless different styles of dodgeball. We will be teaching Dr. Dodgeball, Prize Ball, Elimination, Army, Ring of Fire, and many more… Each hour will be a new adventure of team, individual, or tournament dodgeball. Sports cards will also be given out at the end of the program, with the opportunity to earn special prizes for play and behavior. Time to find the next Ultimate Dodgeball Player!

EARLY RELEASE DAYS ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
WICKED COOL FOR KIDS STEAM CRAFTS (2/11): Get ready to be crafty with our creative STEAM activities. Jump into hands-on projects filled with fun and designed to ignite your curiosity about science. You’ll create awesome Jackson Pollock style marble motion paintings and finger flower paintings. Construct unique nature boxes with beautiful things you choose, and build intricate 3-D coral reefs while learning the name of each type of coral.
SPORTSZONE 101 STEM CHALLENGES (4/8): STEM challenges are activities where students design and build solutions to problems using a combination of science, technology, engineering, and math skills. We will have fun and exciting challenges each week for our students to explore. Some challenges include catapults, ramp making, waterproofing, egg dropping, and so much more! Challenges will range in complexity, but we will have additional activities on hand if students find the challenge too complex. Come learn and explore!
