Empower your child with a 6-week program designed to balance body and mind. We blend essential yoga postures for physical coordination with mindfulness techniques that turn relaxation into a skill. Through interactive games and guided breathwork, students learn to improve their focus and de-stress in a fun, supportive environment. Yoga mats are provided.
