Get ready to run, jump, and throw! Our Youth Track & Field Clinic is a fun and energetic week-long program designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of track and field in a supportive, age-appropriate environment. Participants will learn proper techniques for sprinting, distance running, relays, long jump, high jump, and throwing events such as shot put and discus (using youth-friendly equipment). Each day focuses on skill development, coordination, speed, agility, and sportsmanship through drills, games, and friendly competition. Coaches emphasize safety, effort, and confidence while helping athletes improve their overall athletic ability and discover new events they enjoy.
The week concludes with a mini track meet where athletes can showcase their skills, celebrate progress, and experience the excitement of competition in a positive setting. Fundamentals of running, jumping, and throwing
